We arrived to the Hotel from a long driving trip from Izabal to the City

It needs some updating.

The rooms where some what dated. It is a good hotel, but the experience is very average.

Excellent stay wonderfull place and safe def. Will stay here again

Good place, good location.

Very pleasant stay, bit noisy from the main road side of the hotel but it is to be expected. The WiFi/internet was absolutely trash. I know it’s a dated hotel and that part of the charm but it’s 2025 WiFi is not a luxury it’s a need, several times the internet would just stop working during the day and just unusable at time. Upgrading is expensive but worth it. Food was amazing and definitely your strong point, ate there many times never disappointed. Incredible service at the restaurant and housing keeping staff was very courteous.

Elevators need replacing or fixed.

I liked most everything. The setup in the rooms felt cramped.

I loved their dinner buffet, their beds and space. well supplied with towels, soaps, and even had a gym and spa. so convenient to hangout in the hotel for fun! I wish our TV worked, but that’s it.

Buena experiencia , solamente los ascensores muy lentos, poca capacidad

Best of all my previous ones. will share with friends.
