Bed frame and other furniture was broken definitely they need to replace all their furniture, overall it needs a lot of maintenance, but it does has an excellent view.

Staff was nice, problem was the hotel itself There was only one elevator working, you would have to wait 10-15 minutes for it The room amenities were scraping due to the humidity

This Hotel used to be nice, after 8 year from my last visit, We found a total diferent picture, everything is outdated, ugly cracky furniture, and only 1 elevator working, i had to leave to Marriot next day.

The room was cleaned late afyernoon, however we never saw a maid. The staff were courteous.

The pictures shown are clearly old, as the hotel is well worn. The pool and beach access is pretty good (though some of the umbrellas at the pool didn't work and there could have been more of them), and that's the best part of the hotel. The mattress was quite hard and the pillows were lumpy, the linens were laundered but old and had some stains that likely no longer come out. The free breakfast was mediocre. If you were looking at the photos and thinking it's too good to be true for the price, that would be correct and you get what you pay for. That said, if you're looking for an inexpensive beach hotel, this does the job, as long as you know what to expect. The staff were helpful so no complaints there. Another inconvenience was that if you're checking out, you can leave luggage, but there was no way to leave valuables in a safe with the front desk.

Very bad The service was terrible and the room was very neglected. The towels were worn and torn, the doors were sagging and very difficult to open, the bed was in bad condition, and the tables and chairs were dirty. The only kind and attentive person was the young man who helped with the luggage; he was very attentive and polite. It was a very unpleasant experience.

All the staff was very courteous. The pool was very clean. They also kept the beach area clean too. The property needs an update/remodeling. The price was fine if you only need a space to sleep/rest. The view to the beach from your room is beautiful. There's places to visit/shop all day.

Could not eat the food, the place is need of repairs and updating. No towels for the bathroom.

Customer service was excellent the staff is very nice and helpful. Overall the Hotel was in terrible condition had stayed here before and was not very happy it seemed rundown

This is the most unsafe hotel I have ever booked in my life!!!

Horrible experiencia!!! El azulejo del baño negro y todos los muebles en mal estado quebrados. Las sabanas y colchones olian feo. Y si van de vacaciones a descansar ese no es el lugar correcto ya que a las 7am empieza la construccion!!!! Y todo se escucha no puedes descansar. Oh y también todo un dia sin agua no podias ir al baño o bañarte, y lo unico que te ofrecen es irte a bañar a un hotel peor que ese o una Bebida de Cortesia!!!!! Y ni se diga la comida del desayuno todo al aire libre no tienen un area de comedor aunque haga frio tienes que desaturate afuera a demas que la comida horrible!!!!!! La peor experiencia !!!!

Great breakfast. Awesome view. Staff were great lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back.

Spectacular views

Very good location, nice pool, great view of the ocean & beach, very nice breakfast buffet. Negatives: Poor WiFi in room and only one working elevator.

For the price was excellent terrific staff breakfast delicious
