Our stay was amazing and we were so well taken care of during our stay. The spa is insanely overpriced, so was not used. Distance from the hotel to main towns is also 45 mins + so you do feel a bit far away. But resort has so many activities and things to do that you really do not have to leave if you do not want to.

A great resort to relax and unwind but plenty going on if you want activities. Several options for meals, Fish Bar excellent for an evening watching the sunset.

The resort was very nice. It was what is advertised itself as. The activities were fun, the ocean swimming was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the general ambience was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

The room was not so clean it was not vacuum after the room. The water was coming to the bathroom to toilet and it getting wet.

The people of Fiji are amazing! The resort was excellent but the service made everything magical.

Beautiful location, good for family. Very friendly and helpful staff - mistake in our room allocation (not enough beds) dealt with efficiently, highlighting excellent customer service.

We had the most wonderful time at the resort. Stay at one of the bures. They are absolutely amazing. We had a duplex one with a terrace towards the lagoon and it was absolutely fabulous. The staff was amazing and the food was awesome too. Highly recommend full board.

Be wary of the onsite tour desk. Rosie's tours. Private boat tours by the local mafia and no insurance. Overpriced and ripoff. Very scary no ladder trying to get back on a small boat and choppy seas.

This is a good place and I would happily recommend to others. Couple of small blips on arrival but after that, despite being a beautiful and pleasant location, it really meets expectations, the staff are it’s greatest asset, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and more.

A nice resort overall, with some great staff. However I don’t think the overall value for money stacks up compared to other similar choices. Kids club staff not that welcoming! Food and Beverage staff were excellent. The man made beaches were threadbare and stoney! The food was hit and miss, in general I would say average across the board and for the price not a fair trade!

The resort premises were very well maintained and pristine. Our room was clean, well-designed, and had up-to-date amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. There is plenty to do both in and around the resort - there are things to do guests of all ages. Staff can help facilitate transportation and activities outside of the resort premises which is great for those who want the luxurious experience without feeling stuck in a luxurious resort. Plenty of food options too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day! Just some things to note: • Locals do come onsite to sell locally made good so no need to go out to buy souvenirs. • Much of what you can do or buy can be charged to your room so you don’t need to have a lot of cash on hand to pay for the activities or food. • You can purchase good and services with cash or card if preferred, however, all card transactions carry a 3% surcharge. • The hotel provides toiletries such as toothbrush, soap, toothpaste, combs, robes, etc. • Food from the fish bar (adult only area) it’s not included in the all-inclusive package but drinks are.

Both breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing - lots of variety and the food was delicious. À la carte menu at goji wasn’t as great and the food needs more attention and more thought needs to be put to the flavour combinations. Pools were well maintained! Staff were outstanding and were always pleasant to deal with.

Overall we had a good stay at the Marriott Momi Bay, but we had an uncomfortable sleeping situation (2 double beds in one room shared with two teens). We loved the dining at Goji, but were not impressed with dining at Voi Voi as you sit outside and get seated with strangers. It is very hard to pay with credit cards, staff always seem to want you to charge to your room and they seem to find it a hassle every time you pay with credit card. It is not a smooth process. When you stay at a 5 star resort you expect to get access to as much fresh water as you like, but staff really push you to pay for mineral or sparkling water. If you want activities outside of the gym and tennis you have to pay extra. They don’t even provide access to paddle boards or kayaks without charging, which I have found to be free at other resorts. Additionally the access to the outside is limited, even with kayaking you can only paddle within the lagoon and for 1 hour of fun you have to fill out several safety and consent forms. Jacuzzi at the adult Fish Bar is lukewarm and all pools are very cold!
