I stayed at this property over the July 4th holiday for Essence Fest. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is convenient to all attractions that I needed. Hotel bathroom needed touching up (bathroom ceiling was peeling), and housekeeping did not complete my room when they came to clean(left the dirty pillowcase on the couch, and didn’t put a new one on the pillow they took it off of, nor did they replace the used towels & wash cloths they took). Due to the convenience and vicinity of the location, free breakfast, and amazing front desk and concierge staff, I would likely stay here again.

Older building; inconvenient room access

The hotel charged me after I paid Expedia too! Now I’m fighting to get a refund. This is absolutely insane!! Do not book this hotel! The front desk employees are horrible.

The property is nice overall, perfect for small family or couples. Excellent price. They try hard to keep it nice and clean but the humidity and rain is constant. The maintenance staff is on top of it. Pool is ok, small it's a dipping pool. The gym is ok lots of cardio machines. It's clean Rooms are very large and quiet, however housekeeping never locks the door open when they warm there is constant annoying door slamming. If you sleep late it becomes a nuisance But they hotel is nice overall, the daily rate is amazingly more reasonable than any hotel in the area, there's parking available in the building, the trolley is air conditioned, clean and stops in front of the hotel. I'd stay there again.

For some reason I have pending charges that are almost 3 times of what I am scheduled to pay. I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone

waited for hours in the lobby, finally checked in at 6pm, staff did not offer even water for us families that were waiting for a room to be ready. one family was wanting to speak to a manager but the lady at front desk just gave her an email. the water on the pool looks like it has not been maintained/ cleaned well. access to pool near elevator was not working. some stuff in our room was broken but maintenance came and fix it thu it was inconvenient going thru the hassle of someone coming in and waiting for it to get fixed. it should have been them checking if everything in the room was working. the hallway has a lot of small trash which makes you think when was the last time they vacuumed the floor and questions the cleanliness of the hotel. the sheets for the sofa bed was not changed since it was not even folded when we took it out of the bag and it has a smell. breakfast exactly the same for 2 days we have been there. really horrible for a hilton

Excellent location, breakfast was good and the rooms were nice. House keeping and hotel cleanliness was very poor. House keeping only cleaned our room once the week we were there. Hallways and elevators were never vacuumed or cleaned. We had an issue with a toilet and it took 2 1/2 hours for someone to respond. Front desk staff seemed annoyed when asked for things such as towels or toilet paper, or when told of an issue.

The valet staff was the best. This is a very difficult area to transition from vehicle to lobby. Vehicle was retrieved promptly

Was a great stay with family. Everything was walking distance and hospitality was great

The only thing positive about this place is the location, which is about 2 blocks away from Bourbon street. The free continental breakfast, Monday through Friday was ok. Other than that, the facility highly worn, carpets in halls very used amd outdated. Room wasn't clean, there was still hairs on bathroom floor. Cockroaches are everywhere outside, even saw one on the outside of our room window when we first arrived. When checking out in the early morning hours, the staff just said they couldn't check out at the time due to resetting system. No thank you or anything else. Will not be returning.

Hotel with two community centers in front, sadly a lot of homeless people around and tend to get in the hotel

This property was super walkable to Bourbon Street/french quarter activities and was clean and quiet.

Room would not cool, 80 degrees and higher entire stay even with fans that we bought. Could not get anyone to bring us towels even after 4 requests. Parking is a minimum of 45$ a night. The pool is tiny and was disgusting. Broken doors, and more. Not very accessible or family friendly. Could not get an answer when calling the front desk. Staff was friendly when we did interact though. Overheard others complain about bugs.
