The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot water in the room runs out after the second person showers so if you got more than two ppl and like hotwater then you need to wait an hour for hot water again in the shower. Didnt get to use the pool bar as it was closed when I was at the pool.

there was no beach access. the beach smelled of sewer. the elevators didn’t work. they didn’t give blankets and i slept with a towel for warmth. very busy and a dog barked loudly each night. party place. not good for relaxing

Amazing place in a convenient location. Helpful and responsive staff, in particular Roberto. Check-in process was smooth and quick. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Good view. No dressing gown, microwave was dirty. Cleaners came after 4pm.

Huge rooms, spacious, clean, well equipped

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room has everything you want but is sparse. The position and access to buses is fabulous, the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel. Initially we were in a room with an awful view but they did change us to another room which was much better

Beach view was stunning although it faces the north side so no sunset or sunrise view. Rooms were spacious and in ok condition. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant and were quick to address any of our requests. I would stay there again.

Support from Roberto and his team was spot on, very helpful! The hotel and our room was looking a little bit bruised in a few areas, otherwise a decent quality contemporary hotel in a good location next to a small quiet beach. It was closing parties weekend so the hotel was just a little bit noisy at times but nothing to complain about. Would use again in the future.

The property overall was in a good location beachfront and close to dinning options. It is not very close to the party area if that’s what you’re interested in. Parking is 21 euro per day and street parking is very limited. Customer service was good, but at night the doors from other rooms are slammed almost daily waking you up. I don’t believe it’s worth the amount I paid…. You’re basically paying for ocean view and easy access

The spa was just enough. Very relaxing. The pool/bar was always a good time and the staff were amazing! The staff all of the facility were all amazing. Good energy from everyone. Nice beach view and also easy to walk out of the hotel and into a nice area

Pool was disgusting, it had green floating foam that looked like diarrhea. The blinds in the room fell after pulling gently. It’s a cheap hotel in Ibiza, some night you’ll get neighbors that yell and party all night, then then others it’s just pound around the hotel.

We were so lucky to find this hotel! My husband and I decided to stay in Ibiza another night and found Axel Hotel on hotels.com, booked it and headed over within the hour. We knew we were arriving early and were worried we couldnt check in. The front desk receptionist was SO helpful. I’m a type of diabetic. I had to change my insulin pump and refrigerate my insulin. She explained how they could secure our bags in a temperature controlled room but alternately they had a room available now but it wouldn’t have as good a view than if we just waited for our room to be cleaned. As someone with a disability, I REALLY appreciated having options and personality preferred to take the worse room just to have my medical supplies under my care, The initial guest experience at Axel Hotel set the tone for a great stay! The location was amazing, the hotel was clean, the staff were always so friendly. Will definitely stay again whem we come back!
