The staff are helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. It is near the subway, bus stops, shopping areas, restaurants, and coffee shops. Excellent.

The hotel room is spacious, clean, and the facilities are excellent. I just don't really comfortable with the air conditioner being above the bed though. But maybe it is just me. Overall, the hotel is great. The location also is the best. Near subway, bus station, BIFF (street food), and fashion street which is like Busan's Myeondong street.
