I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day. It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location couldn’t have been better—absolutely perfect for getting around and exploring the area. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location. Easy check in. Reliable Wi-Fi in all areas of hotel. My room was comfortable, nicely decorated and cleaned everyday. The bathroom was clean and had hot water continuously. The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to the Medina, beach, restaurants, cafes and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hammamet

The staff at the khella hotel were polite friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and house keepers vigilant about tidiness.

Excellent service

This is an inexpensive hotel, but it has everything one needs. The woman who ran the front desk arrived one morning on her motor scooter, which I thought was pretty cool.

Hotel was in a great location from the beach and the shops. Our AC broke down and the receptionist got us a room within 30mins and moved our stuff. Great customer service. I would recommend this hotel. The breakfast is really basic its better to have breakfast in one of the cafes.

Mi è piaciuta molto la disponibilità del personale tutto che faceva a gara per vigilare sul nostro scooter e per metterci a nostro agio. Tutti indistintamente. Sempre cordiali e sorridenti. Penso sia stata una cosa veramente unica. Non sempre si trova gente così disponibile. Altro grande pregio la centralità dell'hotel che ci ha consentito di muoverci spesso a piedi.

It was just okay. Heater would not shut off in the room- forced to open windows to very noisy street below = no sleep. worst feature very hard beds wrapped in plastic sheeting. Added much additional frustration trying to sleep in overly hot room. staff moved me to another room for the next night which was quiet and cool.

Great place and staf

My first time to Tunisia and to Hammamet and it was made more enjoyable by staying at the HOTEL KHELLA ? This was one of the nicest clean and friendly hotel I have ever stayed at ??? Very much a family run hotel and after staying the 17 nites did feel like part of that family?? the hotel was within walking distance of the old medina and the main beach?? Plenty of good and inexpensive restaurants and nice snack bars??? If anybody is thinking of staying in Hammamet please do stay at this hotel as you will enjoy it as much as I did !!😀😀😀😀😀 ??? Would I stay there again???? AND ITS A BIG YES????

Ensemble impecable. Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner

L’hôtel est bien situé au niveau de la vieille ville de Hammamet. Le stationnement se fait directement devant la rue mais il n’y a plus de gardiens comme il y a 2 ans pour surveiller. Concernant la chambre elle est un peu sombre mais correcte. Par contre beaucoup de produits ménagers et aérosol sont appliqués dans les parties communes ce qui nuit à l’expérience dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner et un peu basique.
