Avoid this place. The room is so tiny that they can’t fit a bed and couch. The bed takes up the entire room. So the bed sits above the couch and with a lid raised up to the ceiling so that the couch can be used. At night it is lowered up to about a 4.5ft height. Need to used stairs to get into the bed. And if you need to get up at night you can only imagine the chaos. The air conditioning didn’t function. They just enough shampoo for one wash. Towel for one person. I can go on but this should give you the idea. Otherwise it is reasonably clean with helpful staff. Very uncomfortable to spend a night.

Good value stay, location a very easy 20 minute train ride to center of Madrid, 2 minute walk to busy high street of Teguan, loads of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby by

Laundry services colors laundry bluish. The onsite cafe is just for those who have signed up for s meal plan since most residents are students here for a semester rooms are small but cosey and clean all staff are friendly and helpful location is close to two metro lines.

Great price! This place is clean and has everything you need. It’s in more of a residential type area but not a far walk from the metro. There are also bars and restaurants and stores around it’s just kind of far from the center where everything is happening which can be nice since it’s quieter. I was concerned about the bed being too high but it was no problem at all! Would absolutely recommend!

Room cleanliness was as expected. Neighborhood was quiet. This was my second stay and it was great for one night.

zero sound proof, dirty rooms, weird beds, port reception services. Location is fine.

Room is basically a student residence. Had a very pleasant stay and was very clean. Bathrooms are nice and bed was comfortable

The room was fine, you sleep on a bed that lowers from the ceiling so don't fall off! Many of the lights in the room didn't work, but I managed for one overnight. Some maintenence needed.

The room was so hot, we couldn’t sleep. Laid there sweating in bed.

Wry good location and nice room

I was in Madrid for a couple of days of sight seeing. Stayed at the Funway mostly through price and being close-ish to Chamartín station. Very good stay. Given that it is student accommodation, does feel a little different to many hotels, but the room had everything you might expect. Safe, sofa, en suite shower room/toilet (shower quite tight), loads of storage, and a bed that comes down from the ceiling when needed covering the central part of the room. No AC in the room, but it stayed an okay temperature even despite that and +30C outside. Little pool and gym available + some other social spaces. Easy walking distance to the metro and some shops.

There was no breakfast and there was no drinking water
