An exceptionally fine hotel. The staff are wonderful, the food is wonderful, the facilities are wonderful, the grounds are wonderful.

Thank you Chewton Glen for making my daughter’s re-set memorable. She enjoyed rhe spa and treatment very much . Most of all for the amazing service by all members of the staff - from janitors to reception to house keeping when we lost our way or needed help. You see how the staff just go beyond their respective roles to provide service to guests. I think we also got an upgrade but it was all discreetly done. Much appreciated

We booked this for a special stay just after our wedding for a spa break and whilst the staff at the hotel were so lovely and really looked after us, we were really disappointed by the spa.

Room was clean and cosy and all staff very helpful. Property well maintained and didn’t feel busy so a very relaxing stay

Wonderful stay as rooms are so comfortable and quiet with great bedding / pillows and coffee / tea facilities. So good to be able to open the windows at night too.

Not the best service. Food not the best in the dining room. Expected more from a hotel charging £650+ a night.

Chewton Glen is a splurge treat. The hotel and service are 5*. If money was no object we’d stay here every week. The spa and treatments are fantastic and the food standards excellent. The only thing I would point out is the service charge. 12.5% goes on everything - spa treatments, bar drinks, all meals, literally any service you pay for. This seems
