We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Mississauga (Derry Road) on 6/22. After checking out, we discovered someone attempted to steal our vehicle overnight. The driver-side window was smashed, but thankfully they could not get inside because the vehicle had laminated glass. When we reported it, the front desk only gave us a number to file a police report. When we asked if this was a high-crime area, the response was defensive instead of helpful. The manager, Salil, came out and the first thing he asked was whether the vehicle was a Lexus. He said Lexus vehicles are frequently targeted and mentioned other cars had been stolen from the parking lot. Despite this, there did not appear to be adequate security or full parking lot camera coverage. The most disappointing part was his attitude. When my husband said we would not come here again, instead of showing empathy, he repeatedly brought up school shootings in America and compared the situation to safety issues elsewhere. This was inappropriate and insensitive after a guest experienced a frightening incident. Until better security measures are in place, we would not recommend staying here, especially with a high-value vehicle.

The only thing i dont want was they dont provide bottled water in the room. I have to buy for myself. First time I have experienced in all the years I been booking in a hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. The property was newly built. The hotel did not have a complimentary breakfast option, however, there was a plenty of food options arronud.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy. We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub but they looked inviting. I’d definitely stay again!

Would highly recommend, very nice hotel, good for the price. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the one lady working at the front desk on the night shift was not the most polite.

In the description of the room which I booked, it says 2 queen beds ,but they weren’t queen beds.

Clean and practical. The hotel isn't really near anything too interesting unfortunately. Decent pool and gym but no change room for it which is weird. No hotel restaurant (not really, a Starbucks is not a restaurant) - however decent Italian restaurant sharing same parking lot.
