The bed linens were dirty, and cobwebs in the bathroom. The staff service was excellent. Wish they would update the bathroom and fix the cracks & holes in the bedroom and bathroom

We really enjoyed our stay at Parawa House. We had a family room, which was perfect for us. The family who run the place are very friendly and helpful and make a lovely breakfast. The location was perfect too. The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very strong in our room, but we were able to use communal areas to get Wi-Fi - which was essential for our preteens! A really lovely stay and we would return there if we came back to stay in Galle.

Parawa house did over booking and relocated my family to another hotel (Entrance Galle Hotel) one week before my trip. All the other hotel in town were booked. The other hotel was in bad location in a very small street. They were supposed to send me the itinerary but they did not. We tried to call them when we arrived at the airport to tell them we will arrive late. Despite many calls and messages nobody answered. When we arrived at the hotel , it was closed. We finally get somebody over the phone at midnight but he did not want to come down to open the room. He knew we were with 2 kids. My Wife, my 2 daughters 8 and 10 and myself had to spend the night sleeping in the Taxi...

All in all a pleasant stay .Since Electrical breakdowns are common a generator may be Aggie idea

Accommodation is right in the middle of Galle which is awesome! The room itself is simple but nice with a little dump smell, but for one night it is perfect!
