Well-equipped, clean room, like having a washing machine in the room. Not good at the staff. Sometimes I need to contact or talk to send mail only. Sometimes we need something like toilet paper, or we want to put waste on a daily basis. Can not be asked or talked. I think he would like us to have privacy. Meet the staff once a checkout. The overall picture is very good. Thank you very much

The hotel is very clean and nice. I will stay here again if I have a chance to visit kyoto next time.
