On the web site it stated that breakfast was available for £10 per person per day but this was not available. I asked if there was a cafe near by the lady replied that there was lots up in the town but there was not, She was far from helpful

Parking was on site, easy and safe. Bedrooms were clean and kitchen was also clean and well equipped. Although rooms were well decorated, the radiator in bathroom needed painting, there were dark marks on some walls and some outside wndows had not been cleaned for a long time. Only saw staff at check in when reception was welcoming and all relevant information was provided

Downstairs kitchen for any resident to use - kettle, coffees and teas in the room. Easy checkin, clean room, basic but efficient and a great location to visit local sites.

Excellent location, room and facilities.

This is a very good place to stay. I had a twin rooom ensuite with television. There is a communal kitchen/dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a Greek Cafe/Restaurant on site. There is free parking and everything in the town is within walking distance.

Very satisfied with everything, warmth, comfort, facilities, friendly staff & good location for the railway station & town centre. Have stayed several times now & it would be my first choice if I came to Ludlow again. I've recommended it to friends.

Short stay but good location adequate room iffy check in

Disappointing not sure how this place got 10 ratings. We stayed in the Roden twin room. Cobwebs in the corners which were full of dust so had obviously been there for some time.Towels were threadbare and one was so worn that the hemmed edge was non existent,I have used better towels to dry my dogs. Mattresses were totally worn out and long past they're date to go to the local tip. Would definitely not recommend staying here,we always try to use independent places but this one justifies going to a travelodge or similar.

Well located just outside the centre of Ludlow, but in easy walking distance to the shops and castle etc. Has it's own car park which was very convenient. The room was basic but fine and had all that was required. Everything worked. I'd stay there again.
