A beautiful hotel surrounded by nature - the perfect place to truly relax and unwind. The restaurant is absolutely outstanding, the breakfast excellent, and the service extremely friendly and accommodating. Just keep in mind: the hotel is quite far out, and it's practically not reachable without a car. But if you're looking for peace, great food, and pure relaxation, this is the perfect place

This was by far the best hotel of our trip to Sicily! From the very beginning we felt truly welcome, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and always smiling. The food was absolutely delicious, and the breakfasts were simply outstanding, fresh products, a wide selection and excellent quality. We loved it!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with stunning views all around. At night, we were even lucky enough to see lava flowing down Mount Etna – an unforgettable experience. The staff were exceptional, very professional and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the 7-course menu, which was a real highlight. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, and I would definitely love to come back myself to recharge and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I also completely fell in love with the hotel’s little furry friends, who made my stay even more enjoyable – such a delight to be around animals and feel their warm presence.

We had a wonderful stay at Rocca dei Saraceni! I would always come again. There were a few (minor) things we would like to see addressed in order to give a five-star-review though. But first, let's recount all the wonderful things about this place: The location is beautiful, reclusive, quiet. You can see Etna, valleys and a lot of local flora and fauna. The pool area just fantastic and clean (loungers could use a sundbed to be more comfortable). The service was excellent, friendly and quick. Especially the lady from Argentina was so nice and customer oriented!

Beautiful hotel in a not so beautiful part of Scicily. We really appreciated the attentive and respectful service. The breakfast was excellent. One thing that could be improved is the air conditioning in the rooms and the sound insulation.
