Great as always!

This is such a pleasant and quirky inn. My 'blue room' was filled with antiques and knick knacks, just like in the pictures. Self check-in was simple and handy. The breakfast, at Cafe Moller next door, was pleasant and varied, with friendly service. Johan, the manager of Cameo, was also quick to respond to any inquiries, and always kept a heaping bowl of fresh fruit in the lounge for guests. That was a lovely extra touch.

i am very familiar to Sweden, especially Ystad and Simrishamn, but that’s not a very important factor, when it comes to why i love that hotel. I wish there were a way to upload photos and videos to give a more detailed review. First of all, i am a big fan of antics and buildings that have been around for decades, and this building offers that sort of reach into the past vibe. The rooms and hallways are adorned with interesting portraits and posters of artists and celebrities, and it’s one of those places that still use an actual key to access the rooms (there’s a digital entry at the main entrance as well. Everything is nearby, the city hall, the train station, lots of shops and restaurants, all within 2-15 minutes from the hotel. Do not rent a car. it is simply NOT needed! I had the privilege to enjoy breakfast at one of the locations where they shot the tv series Wallander (Netflix.) My room opened into the small courtyard, and it was simply a much appreciated add-on. If you’re a writer and want to have some quiet time to chill or write…this is a place to consider. I will definitely go back, despite having the option to stay with friends and family.

This is my second time staying here while in Ystad. Perfectly located, I can’t say enough good things about Cameo. Johan the owner is fantastic and makes sure you have everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommended! Tack!

Fantastiskt hotell. Det bästa vi har bott på!

Trevlig och rymlig lägenhet med kök och badrum. Frukost på café intill. Allt bra, dock är det branta trappor som tog på krafterna . Mysig innergård.

Hotellet är väldigt mysigt och ligger perfekt på gågatan. Personalen är mycket trevlig. Frukosten i cafeet intill var väl ok men damen som jobbade där var väldigt trist och hälsade inte ens när man kom. Synd att frukostdamen drar ner betyget lite på ett fantastiskt fint hotell!

Fungerade bra Centralt läge

Meget bløde senge. 300 meter til parkering. Men et dejligt og centralt placeret hotel.

Toppen hotell beläget i centrum. Vårt väl utrustade rum med ingång från en liten innergård var fantastiskt. Frukost på Möllans café bra start på dagen. Rekommenderar det verkligen cameo Boutique Hotell.

Ett härligt litet hotell med en egen stil. Bra läge mitt i Ystad. Städningen var ok rent och snyggt. Butiker runt om kring. Personalen hur trevliga som helst. Frukost i huset bredvid var helt ok. Mvh Inger och Thomas

Trevligt och personligt rum. Uppskattade särskilt luftkonditioneringen. Tips till frukostpersonalen kunde vara att byta ut söta frukostflingor mot mer hälsosam naturell müsli samt saft mot juice. Mycket goda bröd.

Väldigt mysigt boende med unika och trevliga rum med kul detaljer. Bra bemötande av hjälpsam personal som till och med skrev några dagar tidigare till oss för att kolla när vi önskade checka in och delade med sig av information kring boendet, parkering med mera. Rekommenderar varmt!
