The room was clean and fully furnished. Near Asok station. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Hidden fees (room cleaning costs) were not transparently communicated through the website and the booking process and were not mentioned in the hotel voucher. Feel cheated by both the app and the hotel. Very bad behaviour from hotel staff. I consider to take legal actions and file a complain at the Office of the Consumer Protection Board Thailand. The app never again!

Terrible, taking advantage of customers booking 850 baht per night, there is another 700 baht cleaning fee. Saying that it has been reported on the website but is a small one that can not be found. Even come to charge a deposit of 5000 baht for fraud.
