The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ... Everyone in Luxembourg speaks English and have for decades.

The reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the breakfast :( I booked 1 night at this property as I spent the whole day at the Mondorf Spa and wanted a place nearby to have a good night of sleep and a good breakfast in the morning before my departure. The room was decent and comfortable bed, had a good night of sleep but the breakfast was a bit disappointing, no hot food options at all (scrambled eggs, etc). Also I was one of the last ones arriving at the breakfast before closure and some of the options were already empty such as the yogurts, salad, etc which wasn’t ideal. The location was good for my purpose as it was only 6 min walk to the spa. I also have to mention the staff were super friendly and helpful! Literally the breakfast was the downside (again for the overall purpose of my booking).

Hotel cleanliness and decor was excellent. Breakfast quality was very good but no hot food options. Only complaint was that too many tables were not cleared after use and so I was forced to share with another solo traveller.

My stay at Kloutscher was exactly as I sought. The property is exceptionally clean and quiet, the folks were nice to deal with, and the price was a great value.

Great location, good restaurants within walking distance and the close to a "quiet" walking route all the way to Schengen - a 6mile testing and scenic walk - go on, do it!

Very clean. Good breakfast. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Check-in at 1600. At 1330 we were told the room was clean and ready and we could go in early - for an additional 50 Euros. We declined.

Very nice hotel but…. We were in a heat wave, 35 degrees and NO AIR CONDITIONING! Didn’t even know that was an option in a modern 4star hotel. Long sweaty night’s sleep.

The hotel is about a 25 minute drive from the city center in a quiet neighborhood. The restaurant was excellent for dinner. Breakfast was a typical European breakfast. Comfortable room and bed.

This hotel is wonderful value. Clearly an old building, it has been renovated inside to be open and welcoming. The bathroom in a single room was half the size of the room, with an effective modern shower. The restaurant meal was excellent. The 22 minute drive to industrial Contern was easy, with no traffic to speak of.

Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast, comfy beds and good shower. Not so good was the view from my room over the boiler room and the fact the restaurant was not open in early June.

I'm not sure if it was because of the time I went there, but it was a nice hotel, with westernized type commodities, sweet and very quiet. I also think that they were few customer that day I guess. Just one thing to be aware; they still use old style key. not a problem though. But for the price. It was a real nice place. Nothing bad to say.
