Floors and windows were really dirty. They put an extra bed and we did not have room to open the fridge or the closet. My impression is that the rooms given to clients that use apps are the worst The air conditioning was out of position and the cold air hit strait on the bed The fan of the bathroom was really noise. Th towels and shower and área of the hotel were good but everything else was bad and I felt deceived. Breakfast was poor.

Nice hotel, well located with a great breakfast - unfortunately this particular room seemed to have water odour problems in the bathroom either due to drainage or water infiltration through the shower tiles - a maintenance problem to be remedied by the hotel. Wifi was a little bit weak but this may have been room dependent. Otherwise, great spot and highly recommend.

We liked the large room, balcony, 2 person sink, sauna(if you wanted to use it), workout room, and roof top pool! Great view rooftop both day and night! Excellent variety of breakfast food at the buffet! Strange... we never saw the pool or hot tub filter circulating water.

The food was very good Breakfast was included and had every thing u could possibly want I was surprised that being a beach hotel the did not cave chairs and umbrellas for the clients use The wifi was weak as well

Nice hotel right on Cavaleiros beach. Great value for money. The room and some minor faults like a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but I’m sure they fixed it after I reportrd it upon check out.

MARAVILHOSO

Instalações antigas, mas bem conservadas. Bom café da manhã e refeições saborosas. Hotel com grande fluxo de pessoas. A garagem nem sempre tem vaga, mas há um terreno próximo que pode ser utilizado como estacionamento.

Praticamente tudo, funcionários, café da manhã e comodidades.

A vista da praia desobstruída, piscina muito boa.

Limpo e agradável

Quarto empoeirados, banheiro mofado, box com lodo, falta melhoria na limpeza. Café da manhã simples de mais para um hotel do porte e o buffe mais simples ainda. Não tem nada decsurpreendente no hotel alem de ser tudo caro e nao ter a qualidade que faz jus.

O hotel é maravilhoso, já me hospedei diversas vezes e sempre é tudo perfeito. A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa e os quartos muito limpos e confortáveis. Chuveiro com água forte e quentinha. Café da manhã sempre um espetáculo!
