Great location. Quiet, comfortable and clean rooms, great little gym with steam and sauna. The breakfast had everything you could ask for.

Lovely staff and lovely hotel. Very beautiful and one of the more upscale and modern hotels in the area! Very good breakfast too.

The hotel is very clean, it’s located near everything..

We stayed here for 2 nights. A family of 3. Our room is a good size. Enough space to put our bags. Bathroom is spacious and clean modern design. Bed is comfy and clean too. The reasons I gave a 4 star rating was that on our 2nd night, our mugs was not changed. We still had our dirty mugs. And they might have forgotten to replenish our complimentary bottles of water. But the staff at the reception had given us some bottles of water on our check out, which was a delight. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We had breakfast on our first day but on the second day, we decided not to as we thought there's not much food choices. Aside from that, overall the hotel is highly recommendable as its near to Old Town, less than 10minute walk and around 15 to 20minute walk to Colmar train station.

Easy to find and a comfortable stay. Our dog was made very welcome too. We didn’t eat at the hotel but it was very well located to explore the old town.

Decent place. Well located.

The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean and within a short walking distance of everything you might want to see in Colmar. We couldn’t figure out the A/C and with a heat wave that was a bit of an issue but the staff were helpful and accommodating. Safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The hotel has clearly been refurbished recently., and feels clean and new. However, some things are style over substance. We had a premium room, but it was a strange shape which was quite off-putting. The chairs in the room were also very modern but highly uncomfortable for anyone with a back problem. The seating in the reception area was excellent and well air conditioned

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff was super nice. The location is great being right next to Little Venice a short walk away. The kids space downstairs was a massive hit!

This was a very nice hotel close to the train station and very close to the city center . The rooms were so spacious and comfortable! There was even a bathtub which was nice. There is a restaurant and quaint courtyard for drinks. The front desk was so helpful getting us a cab for an early morning train . Highly recommend!

Great hotel

Very convenient location, near the old town and other attractions. The staff is kind and available to help you at all times. The hotel is renovated and it is very nice. The rooms are spacious and with everything you need. Parking in the hotel is expensive, so we opted for parking in the street and it was very easy. The only down side were the towels. They were clean but they were of a poor quality.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we were doing and I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel and great location! We had a group of 13 that stayed at this hotel. Exceptional service - my husband left his watch in the safe and they called us and were able to help ship it back to us. I cannot say enough about their honesty and their wonderful service! Best place to stay when visiting Colmar!
