Não recomendo. Hotel antigo. Só um dos elevadores estava funcionando. Banheiro minúsculo, com box vazando água em molhando todo o chão do banheiro. Atendimento no check-in muito ruim, a reserva já estava paga mas a recepcionista insistiu que não estava. Voltei lá três vezes até conseguir resolver. Preço muito alto em relação ao que entrega.

Just as expected

Quarto desconfortavel, pequeno, janela sem vista alguma, com muro e arame farpado, paraecendo uma penitenciária, banheiro pequeno e com vazamento pelo box da agua do banho, com pia pequena e sem espaço para objetos de higiene pessoal, lametavel para um Bristol. Tenho tido essas experiências em hoteis que a Hoteis.com apresenta com uma nota boa ou excelente, mas que na etadia são muito descepicionantes.

Hotel muito bem localizado, proximo da praça Brasil que tem diversas opções de alimentação tipo food truck, tem supermecado na frente o uber para os pontos turisticos é bem barato

Hotel prático e bem localizado

Estávamos com nosso bebê e a equipe foi muito prestativa nos ajudando com as coisas dele.

O preço da diária parece bem superior às instalações. O quarto tinha pouca iluminação, a TV tinha poucos canais, a limpeza não foi boa, a cama não tinha pillow top. O ponto mais forte foi o café, contudo, na quinta-feira, já não estavam repondo os melhores produtas às 9h.

Truly the worst experience I, as an expedia gold member, has ever had. I made the mistake of booking the hotel one day later, and not the day of, realized my mistake in literally 1 second, contacted expedia, got extreme pushback, arrived at the hotel, they told me I could pay for a room but not change my reservation. Literally all I wanted was a shower, not willing to accommodate when they had rooms available. Truly awful place. Also extremely noisy, dirty, unfriendly. Zero sympathy from both expedia and this hotel. Unbelievable experience as a gold member. I hope this never happens to anyone. An upfront to your face robbery. And they had the audacity to claim only expedia could refund me, when expedia made it clear only they could refund me. Really terrible back and forth.

Great staff and location but the rooms are very small.

The breakfast is very good. There is a lot of variety of dishes next to the usual bread. A lot of different desserts, juices etc. And each day it is a bit different so you do not get bored. The location is ok. There is a supermarket right across the hotel. The boulevard mall is about 900metres from the hotel, so you can walk. The neighborhood felt safe. There was an issue with the cards you need to enter your appartment and use the elevator, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull which compensated for the issue. 2 people at the reception spoke fluent english and the others really did their best. Which is great. The wifi worked well. There is a fitnessroom. The only thing i wish was different was the size of the bathroom. I had a standaard double room. For example The toilet would get wet if you opened the tap at the sink. But that is just a minor thing but other than that, i would recommend it to others.

The WiFi worked great. This stood out to me because the previous hotel had terrible WiFi. Breakfast was good and staff there very attentive. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Workout facilities were good.

O hotel é bom, mas o quarto em que ficamos, por ser logo acima do restaurante do hotel, é extremamente barulhento.

Hotel bom! Estava com obra na recepção o que deixou um pouco tumultuado. Achei o café da manhã ok, esperava mais.

Hotel interessante para uma viagem curta de negócios. Café da manhã muito básico e acústica péssima.
