The employees of the front desk need to have more knowledge to guide better the tourist

Beautiful Hotel right on the beach. Air Con in first room did not work, they immediately tried to fix and after day 2 with still not Air con, they moved us to a different room.

Blocked drains that smell constantly on your balcony. Drilling at 6.55 am. Sea view rooms are not side view rooms. Hotel has no sea view rooms. Miwadi for breakfast replacing fresh juice. Food ok but disappointing choice apart from breakfast. V clean nice pool area, beach has a lovely view but dont try swimming with out protective shoes. 4 star premises. Could be better with attention to details. Cant blame the general staff they are v nice.

Lovely hotel and a great base to get to other areas of the island. We had a double room upgrade to a sea view which was nice

Generally, my stay was great—starting with my room (#400), which I highly recommend if you don’t mind having two single beds. The view is great (pool and ocean view). As always, there is one minor “problem” if we are picky. At one point I asked one if the younger server-helpers whether there was water available (because I asked after the breakfast buffet closed). Instead of going to check, he told me to go and check. The one server, Evaggelia, was fantastic!

Hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Lovely location on the beach. Overall I couldn’t fault it.

Amazing food

Beach area did not match the photo it was rough and full of stones very difficult to actually get in the sea without hurting yourself, staff did not ask how our stay was and they charged us for an extra card for our room. The food was not 5 star standard looked like it was going stale. 3 star hotel at best.

Hello the personnelle. Needs more training not highly qualified for the treatment they provide They are nice persons polite etc But do not meet the expertise. The rooms should meet more spa standards Like the hotels presentations are very impressive

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent condition. The selection of food for breakfast was unbelievable, so many choices and very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at the Rethymno Palace, it was outstanding in all ways. From the very pleasant and helpful staff, the beautiful landscape to the wonderful food. We will go back in 2020 for a month. We highly recommend the Rethymno Palace you will not be disappointed.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was wonderful! Room was clean although there was a slight sewage smell. Other than that everything was great!

Nice hotel: family friendly, clean, good location, and an amazing view. I booked 2 rooms and was happy with everything. Amazing service and people.

We didn't stay as an All Inclusive guest so found there were always queues for the beach bar. However the main barman in the evening was really friendly and made up for slower service in the day. The hotel was very nicely presented and our room was always clean and well kept. The buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing as the hot food was luke warm and no watermelon or nuts. However overall we had a lovely time.

Nice Hotel and great staff. As soon as we came to the Rethymno Palace on June 21st Mrs. Stella Tsagaraki (Manager) has been very attentive to our Family and took care of us. She personally made sure that we are comfortable with the choice of the hotel and the suite. Many thanks to Mrs. Stella Tsagarakis and her staff members as well. Beridze Family. P.S. Prior leaving the hotel I double checked Mrs. Stella's last name at the reception, hope I spelled it correctly.

We had a wonderful time. Staff could not have been better. It was spolt by other guests banging doors really hard but thats not the hotels fault.
