Great staff, accommodating. Pool was great my kids loved it, breakfast was good. Very clean building.

It was clean and nice

The room was a good size very comfortable for four people to move around in. It was clean and well organized. We had to use the pull-out sofa bed, so it was disappointing when there were no sheets available without asking. And also disappointing that the housekeeping staff didn't make the bed. We also had to ask for extra towels and pillows to accommodate the four people that were booked to stay in the room. Giving we planned and booked for four people, I was surprised that I had to ask for extra Linens and towels and pillows.

Reported cracked toilet bowl in several places and chipped bathtub. Maintenance man came and tightened the toilet seat and said toilet needed replacement but was not done. Front desk said “ no rooms available” and e-mail the manager. I did and received a reply yesterday stating no refund since room booking was through 3rd party. Offered a discount only at this hotel which we will never go to. Booking was to attend a funeral.

Excellent endroit en famille !

The room was clean. Loved that there was no carpet in the room. The pool was clean and refreshing, and had nice showers. The breakfast was phenomenal with pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, pastries, bagels, fruits, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

I usually go for a more upscale overnight but the Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. The bedroom was large, the room very clean, nice linens and very nice toiletries. The staff was very pleasant and the included breakfast was the equal of many costing $17 - $20 - albeit, they would most likely have cutlery and dishware.

I was inexplicably refused upon my arrival. I was forced to re-pay for the room and received a lower standard of accommodation than what I had booked. This incident was both disrespectful and publicly embarrassing.

Terrific location. Clean and fresh.

It was a great hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and spoke English and French. The hotel was very clean, bed were comfortable. Rooms were very clean. It was a 15 min drive to Ottawa. All in all was a great hotel. I would stay again for sure
