Nice hotel for the price. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. Had a bad neighbor the first night that blarred music at 6 am, fortunately they left. We used the laundry service, service was quick and very reasonable. The included breakfast was pretty good, nice to have chilaquiles every day. My only complaint is it seemed to take quite a bit of time for refills of food and coffee. Location was good as well, nice to have a market for basics and nice little cafes and coffee places within a short walking distance. Also very close, walking distance to Palacio Bella de los Artes and many other museums

Muy buena ubicacion para visitar la CDMX, en el hotel el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y limpias.

Estuvimos 5 días y nos sentimos muy bien el personal muy atento y servicial, en el restaurante todo muy rico y limpio igual que las habitaciones muy bonitas y nos hacían la limpieza todos los días y lo mejor muy cerca de lugares turísticos La pasamos increíble 😊

Kali's staff was responsive to our needs and always cordial. The breakfasts were tasty and varied. We stayed at Kali four nights and the location was excellent for sightseeing. I would return to this hotel.

El hotel esta bonito, impecable, y muy bien preservado. Esta a bloques de lugares turisticos como el Palacio de Bellas Artes, el Barrio Chino, y otros mas. El personal del hotel fueron muy amables conmigo y el desayuno estaba variado y rico. El unico problema del hotel es que si se escucha el ruidaje de la gente en los pasillos pero pues por el tiempo que me hospede en el hotel aguanté. En si este hotel si lo consideraria quedarme otra vez si llego ir a CDMX otra vez.

Great overall

We really really enjoyed our stay. Everything from the staff to the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The family suite was very clean and comfortable. The location might not be convenient for some tourists as it is not walking distance from attractions, restaurants or shopping.

AC had a very bad smell

My stayed was fine, I extended my stay from 4 nights to 5 but the front desk staff was still only ok to stayed in the same room or to give me a early check-in for the new room… other than that everything was fine .. . A little bith “cheap@ for coffee they gave you only one cup per stay (we stayed 5 nights) per room even if you book a family room, But we like the location, parking and the family room, Thanks

We stayed last year at kali escondon and it was great we were hoping to have the same experience with same hotel brand but unfortunately it wasn’t, We stayed 3 days in this hotel the staff lied about the Internet not working in our room they said that someone was moving the WiFi wires like if we were stupid instead of telling us the truth that our room was to far from the WiFi connection, also the buffet was pretty much the same plain food every day with no hot sauce Dude we’re in Mexico and for you not to have salsa for your Mexican guest is a insult to our culture. The rooms are clean but towels are old and cheap.

Not the quietest place, but everything else was 5 stars. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast hours were great. The room and bathroom was nice and clean, especially the shower! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our main complaint is that we had persons next door, who we believed were staff members, watching a game on TV and very load. They left after I called the front desk and complainted. We did not get to sleep until 3:30am and had to leave by 6AM, so our night of rest was none.

Excelente ubicacion para moverse en la ciudad, con el metro a unas pocas cuadras.El personal muy amable y los cuartos bien limpios.El desayuno incluido esta muy rico y variado....realmente recomendable.!!! Nos hubiera gustado pasar unos dias mas, pero desafortunadamente no habia habitacion para extender mi estadía....Muy satisfechos !!!!
