The staff was friendly and helped us with many things.

It was just Ok. It was a little pricey for what it is.

We had no hot water. Room was dated stain on desk serface. But was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ended up here because our initial hotel left us in lobby with no contact from them.

Not secure parking. Only 2 spots inside. Our car and others broken into on street but is is cheap for Florence . But do not expect much. Basic beds. No drinks/water etc, broken bathroom fittings. Breakfast horrible but at half the price of next hotel you get what you pay for

Staff pleasant. With few crosswalks unsafe and difficult to cross roads. Driving way too fast for residential area.

We stayed for a night on a last minute trip, chosen because all other hotels were very expensive. It was a good place to crash, I think it was a hostel not a hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly, the room was very basic but comfortable. Impressed with how quiet it was on a busy street. Overall it was good value but not a nice hotel style for a stay.

We didn't stay the night. There were fleas on the bed. Then there was a spider. We had to check out.

I might agree with others that this property is probably more hostel than hotel. BUT!! That being said, we had our own bathroom, the room was clean and our group each had their own bed, the showers were hot, they had a good breakfast and they will do your laundry for a fee. And sometimes travel is just what you make it, had we not stayed here we would have missed some good shopping streets walking into the city. Beautiful walks.

A good property near the station - clean, modern, organised. Quiet. Close to the station and walkable to duomo. Plenty of public transport options and local restaurants.

A bit scary and the water was cold but I liked the staff so 5 stars

Good for a group stay with low budget

The staff was not friendly except for one young men at the front desk. Everyone else needs to learn customer service skills. They did not give us a couple of twin size beds, as reservations. Instead they offered a bigger bed which was not comfortable.

It says it is hotel in expedia but it is a kind of hustle place for youth. The bes was broken. And indicate false information in expedia such as distance from train station it says 4 minutes walking but it was almost 20 minutes with taxi. But the employee were nice and this mis information not related to the employee.

Don’t expect to be “wowed”, but this is a good hotel. You can walk pretty much anywhere in Florence. It’s in a residential area, and there are a few restaurants and cafes. There are more options for eating & shopping closer to the tourist, downtown area. Don’t plan on using a car! Parking is quite difficult in Florence, but this hotel helped me out!

double name hotel more for students breakfast poor, bathroom sink blocked shower door of the track parking too expensive for the standard of the place, needs TLC. the place was nice and clean bed bit hard.
