The location is good. Just a 5-minute walk from JR bus station. The waiters and waitresses, mostly seniors, were very hospitable, cheerful, and helpful. The dinner set and breakfast buffet were sumptuous. We stayed in a 4-person Tatami room. The room is spacious and clean. As there is only one shower/toilet to share among the four of us, we had our shower in the hot spring area, which was spacious and all the toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, hair tonic, shower gel, body lotion, etc., were all available. We enjoyed our stay here.

Only hotel that provides a dinner restaurant around Lake Towada. No other restaurants in the surrounding area.

The front reception staff were polite and obliging. However, being an old hotel, the room has an unusual "straw" smell when one steps inside the room. Otherwise the room is very huge compared to the newer hotels

Less food option for dinner, less staff in restaurants.

The best location, I can go to lake towada and towada winter story festival in a few miniute. In the hotel and room is clean and comfortable.
