My stay was good overall, however, my TV had awful reception to channels. I could not watch any TV during my night stay, so that was not pleasant to only scroll on my phone. I called the reception to send a technician, but I waited over 45 minutes with no one helping. At the end, I found a few channels on the TV using ATV and watched 2-3 local channels with bad static/image.

Overall, the service was good, but my request for a non-smoking room wasn't fulfilled. I advise against taking such requests lightly, as they involve health concerns. But thank you for the prompt service.

The check-in process took a long time, and despite my specific request for a non-smoking room, I was assigned a smoking room on the second floor. I therefore complained and requested a move to a non-smoking room on the sixth floor.

We came here for an event in Cikarang. We tried the gym, which was very worthwhile. The service was also good. Perhaps the cleanliness of the hotel room could use some improvement; there were a few stains on the mattress. However, it didn't bother us too much. Breakfast also offered a variety of menus, including shredded rice, spaghetti, omelettes, soup, fruit, and more. It was very complete. There's also a swimming pool. So far, this has been our choice when visiting Cikarang.
