Room looks ok but still not clean in the toilet area and the room does not protect the sound from outside when they use the elevator or have another guest walking in the corridor, and the last thing is the hot shower in the room is not working, but I am very tired and staying only 1 night.

I asked the male receptionist to go get it at the counter because the housekeeping hadn't arrived yet. I'd like to see urgent improvements to the cleanliness.

It is a budget hotel so I did not expect too much. It has fairly clean condition, but the air condition was not working it is broken but they want to fix it instead of just changing room even though there was a same type of available room. The room is good, the staff is not ok, booked on the website for 1 night, asked to stay longer, the price is higher than before, very bad. At this price, coffee should be served like a hop-in. The worst thing is that there is very little parking. Separating each part far from the accommodation creates difficulties for customers. Especially people with a lot of luggage.
