Good food, the staff is beyond praise, they try to do everything as quickly and efficiently as possible, very fast and friendly service in the bars and restaurant and at the reception, everything is clean, both in the surrounding area and in the rooms. What I didn’t like: air conditioning, if it’s hot, it’s better to choose another hotel, it hardly cools the room, maybe they save money and don’t turn it on at full capacity. They don't provide towels for the pool. Loss of room key , loss of key with card For the loss of a key, a fine in my opinion is an anachronism, in self-respecting hotels they make plastic cards that open the door and if people lose, they cancel them without a fine.
