Extremely bad experience staying here I dont think they clean the room because I stepped on broken glass and bleeding!!! When I seek for help from the hotel, they ask me to go and find the first aid kits myself at the floor, no one will help you after 4pm if anything happen, need to wait until next day morning!!! And I go with my bleeding feet to the first aid room they mentioned, its locked!!! In the end I just use my own sanitizer to clean my wound. The next day when I ask the reception their attitude is bad!!! She said i should just call ambulance, come on i just need some first aid kits send to my room! They just pass the buck and ask me write an email to their management only and of course, no one replied at all!!! Please avoid this hotel!!!

only self check in was discomfort since the number didn't work. the rest are good. I want to come back but still worry with self check in

It was a wonderful time to stay at SMARTments Business Wien Hauptbahnhof. The place is close to the stadium and very clean. We will stay again there in the future.

Easy to self check in. Everything in the room if you wish to cook.

Do not recommend ! Hotel price is cheaper than another same area hotel. But you need to own way or go train station locker to put your luggage after checkout time because their luggage room access card only valid until 11am for their customer. And totally no room service or change towel . Even rubbish need to pack and throw by ownself to rubbish room.
