Great Staff, Very Nice people

Caminando a unas cuadras del Zócalo, de Bellas Artes y la Alameda así como de restaurantes, panaderías, museos, etc. El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias y con cortinas que bloquean la luz. El desayuno en el hotel muy rico. Recomendamos ampliamente éste hotel.

When I arrived i was told that i was given an upgrade because I was a return client, but I don't know an upgrade from what, the room they gave me was smalller than the one I had the last time and I made a reservation for the same room on my previous trip. So, no upgrade was given to me. The faucet on the sink spray water all over the sink, they are useless because I have to clean the whole sink after using it. 2 times I've been here, but no more.

Nice looking hotel, excellent central location. Bring your ear plugs because the open atrium thru all 5 floors makes the lobby and restaurant sounds reverberate throughout. The are plenty of staff but they seem oddly disinterested in quickly trying to assist...gee, I am sorry to bother them.

Love the location close to alot of things and very friendly staff will.stay again in the future here

Una experiencia maravillosa! Desde el momento en que llegamos nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El personal es increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, muy limpias, cómodas y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Se nota el cuidado y la atención en cada detalle. El restaurante del hotel es excelente. La comida estuvo deliciosa y el ambiente es muy agradable para disfrutar tranquilamente. América y el staff hicieron un buen trabajo Sin duda fue uno de los puntos que más disfrutamos durante nuestra visita. En general, todo fue fantástico. Es un hotel que realmente supera las expectativas. Lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda volvería otra vez. ¡Cinco estrellas bien merecidas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property was conveniently located in the historic district of Mexico City There were many interesting sites within a twenty minute walk.

It was a nice clean place. The room was a little small but for the couple days we were there it was fine. The location was great and walking distance from el Zocalo and other things.

Such a cute hotel. Very friendly staff, in the perfect location.

The reception staff poor service. The price was high compared to other locations, with less amenities. The room was clean the bath towels were clean but heavy used. To get hot water we had to wait a long time and let the water run…. Definitely not recommend.

I didn’t try the food. But I couldn’t of found a better hotel. Loved the location. My room was clean. The hallways smelled fantastic. The staff was nice and attentive. They answered my questions. And helped me with everything I needed.
