I stayed at this facility from March 1 March 2 one night, myself and two sons. My youngest son complained about something crawling on him at night. Couldn’t find it, however in the morning. We seen a bug crawling around on the bed. I went to the front desk after taking pictures. The gentleman at the front stated that they have to do an investigation. He then proceeded to give me his general manager‘s card. I reached out to the general manager. I left a detailed message via email about the situation.

Nice property, would stay again

Rooms are always clean. This property has a pool it's a little cold for my liking but there's one available. They also have a little onsite laundromat. And free breakfast if that's your thing.

The experience was exactly as expected. I have no complaints.

Very friendly staff

Very clean and modern entry! Breakfast was great!! Only complaint is the pool area is very dimly lit, swimming at night was quite dark! The lighting in the rooms could use an overhaul too! It took us far too long to find the tiny switches, also only one charger fits at the outlets on the bedside table!

Very comfortable beds and loved the tube:shower combo

The accommodations were great. The rooms were up-to-date and clean. Also, the complimentary breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Good points-nice hot shower, comfortable bedding. Good coffee in the room. Less than desirable points-terrible TV. No idea what it was as the remote was missing when I checked in. I requested one and finally after awhile I went down to the desk to get one however it didn't match the actual stations so I had no idea what I was watching. Also there was no local news available. The reason for my stay was inclement weather so that was inconvenient. Overall my stay served it's purpose but I didn't feel it held up to the IHG brand

It was ok

The room was nice, and clean. The staff was pretty friendly. There was no water to drink. They were out of their complimentary water, which was kind of inconvenient.

Bathroom sink did not drain

One of the better travel experiences I've had recently hotel wise. Impressed.

Convenient place to stay

Had to book a 2nd night. Again, like the UC staff at the desk. Very pleasant young men.

Nice size room, clean and quiet.

One of the best hotels I have been to in a while. They were behind the 300.00 a night hotel and you would have thought we were in that hotel! They even asked if we were satisfied with our rooms. The breakfast was with many options and super clean!!!

No hot water in one bath, other bath shower didn’t work at all. 1 remote for 3 TVs

The ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working. The door handle on the sliding bathroom door was broken off. There was an ant infestation in the room.
