No hot water for shower.

Host was very very friendly. She went out of the way to come with me at mid night to get dinner for our family. Also my family member was unwell. She accompanied me to the doctor and ensured we get proper care. She also provided good breakfast. Very safe and friendly place. Room may not be up to the standards but other conveniences in new country provided by host out weighs it.

I needed a bed for the night before travelling onwards to Cusco. This was just right. Good comms to arrange taxi from airport plus offered tour around Lima before flight next day. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable bed. Managed to make my rudimentary Spanish understood.

Mr. Rosenverg and the entire family (staff) were excellent, they always make you feel like you are at home. They will give you the a better picture/knowledge about Perú…. Even if you are in another city or town, you will have somebody 24/7 taking care of you.

It's the perfect place to stay....great location and great staff

Stayed here on a whim because we needed a 9am checkin and most places its at 3pm, and we needed a room for 3. In addition, I only needed a place to stay for 5 hours for my layover and this is only like a 20 min drive to the airport. This is a great stay for someone looking for early checkin, low price, or a room to sleep 6. Its like a bed and breakfast, very clean, and run by a very friendly family. I normally dont stay at places this low in price but i was suprised. Great service by the staff and they will cook anytime you want food and have a taxi service anytime you need as well. Rooms are also very large, have a fridge and kitchen with plates and cookware. Beds are very comfortable and have many pillows and sheets/blankets. I would highly recommend this place and especially given its price point! This is especially great if you need rooming for many people or a large family.

The stay was great. Welcoming hosts who are friendly and and room was clean and bed was comfortable. Didn't see any attraction from walking distance, but it was a good night stay there.

We never even checked in and left even though we had paid in advance!

What a fantastic location!!! The owner was so helpful and I will stay at the hotel the next time that I am in Lima I was made to feel part of the family

Great stay

Family owned and run. Amazing short stay. Great food. Polite and caring family.

Airport pickup was nice and property was clean. However, it was very difficult to sleep here. Listing said all rooms had air conditioners but ours did not. We only had one fan for two rooms. Consequently we had to leave the windows open so the rooms didn't get too hot. All night long, we were awakened by barking dogs, car alarms, and loud trucks driving by and that was with our white noise machine running. We barely slept the entire night and I don't think closing the windows would have helped much either. It's just a noisy area. Also, breakfast was inadequate. We were given hot water with instant coffee in Peru where great coffee can be found almost anywhere. We were also given scrambled eggs that amounted to about 2 bites each and cold rolls with butter. I most definitely would not come back to this place.

Wonderful stay. Very spacious clean room. Accommodating staff.

For a small fee the hotel picks up and drops off at airport which made it very convenient and easy. Room was spacious and although breakfast was not available one early morning of our flight the staff came and made early breakfast just for us. Very kind and thoughtful.

Hubby and I were so glad we booked with Rosenverg for our recent layover in Lima. Even though they are located 7km away from the airport, they offer transfers and go above and beyond to help you in anyway. It is more like a B&B than a hotel, staying with the sweetest family you could wish to meet ~ we felt like we were visiting relatives :) The rooms are small/cozy but exceptionally clean with everything you need, and we had a hot shower which was amazing after 3 months of cold showers in Colombia. Our booking included a free breakfast but we expected we’d just forfeit this since we were leaving at 4.30am for our flight, however to our surprise Mama Rosenverg made us dinner, even accommodating to our vegetarian diet all free of charge! (Incredible fruit salad to start, followed by rice, papas and egg with tea or coffee was perfect after a long day of travelling on junk food.) Thank you so much to the lovely Rosenverg familia ~ we are so grateful for taking such good care of us. We will be back one day to explore your incredible city and we know where to stay ox

Motel was very clean and excellent conditions. Meals available and very kind hardworking people.

Mr. Rosenverg picked us up at the airport as planned. He was very good to find us places to eat and to tour and was reasonable priced. He was an excellent host. The hotel was a bit off the beaten tract and I wasn't used to the noise in the city but would stay here again.

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt.

Cuando llegue a la propiedad del aeropuerto, las puertas estaban cerradas, wstuve tocando mas de media hora y nadie abrio. Marque al nunero de telefono y nadie contesto. En esa hora tuve que ir a buscar otro hotel.
