We had a lovely stay and were upgraded to a glimpse of the estuary room. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent as was the service. The only small grumble we had was that we found our room too warm although there didn’t seem to be any heating on.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to have the estuary view rooms as the view is just fabulous.

Good stay but expensive for what it is

Lovely clean property in a gorgeous location in Salcombe. All the staff were friendly and our room had a partial view of the estuary which was lovely. The parking is a bit off putting as it’s on a steep slope and limited but the staff do take care of that when you arrive and can park your car for you. I had to ask for our beds to be twinned on 3 different occasions. Not the end of the world we still had a lovely stay. Loved the spa facilities which were lovely and clean. The dinner in the Jetty was also lovely. Can’t fault the staff they were all polite and decent. I would recommend a stay here, it’s in a gorgeous part of the world, you can’t beat the Cornish coast!

A very comfortable stay in this great hotel (2nd visit). Got upgraded to a room with an estuary view. Great food in The Jetty. Lovely spa. Good value.

Stunning location, clean and modern. Love The Salcombe Gin touch at 5pm! Spa was lovely and treatment was one of the best. Bar & Restaurant is really nice with lovely views. My only ‘minus’ was really the quality of the food was not the best. I had the risotto which was tasteless.

We stayed here for my 50th birthday and everything was amazing. The facilities, staff and food were out of this world. We used the spa facilities and had great treatments too.

Very comfortable and welcoming

Great location in the middle of all the action. Very comfortable bed and good quality leisure facilities. They were refurbishing floors but tried to minimize impact. The staff are the true gift - everyone was very welcoming and very professional yet personal.

Great lounge and restaurant

A la carte food delicious but luke warm upon arrival. Eggs overcooked at breakfast time. Great location but car congested. Staff charming and helpful.

Amazing

Lovely, up-market hotel in Salcombe. Very nice staff. Loved the free G&T in our room on the first night. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Parking also good. Only gripe was the hated bottles of shampoo/body wash locked and positioned so that you have to stand up to get any when having a the bath. Please bring back the little bottles and bars of soap!
