One of the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. The men at the reception were very friendly but the worker that was responsible for room service etc was working as if he didnt want to and was being forced. He was acting annoyed the whole time. We asked for new bedsheets because it was clearly visibly stained. He said its normal and when we insisted for a new one he just left it on the table. There was no hotwater whatsoever. The building is under renovation so the halls are full with stuff and dust. Overall just a very bad experience would not recommend at all

Hi They are operating in 2 business names to Evade Taxes in name of Hotel shanthi Palace and Regal Hotel with a common Hotel name again as Riveria Hotel which over all is done to Evade Taxes when they cross the threshold limit. ( In the end I'll explain the Gst rates for Financial Year 2025-26) I am a legal professional and was my first step in my career so I thought I would take blessings from Ajmer Sharif and visit nearby plces, which should be peaceful , Spiritual and Wonderful experience became a sigh of discomfort in less then 24 hours . If you are planning to stay in Ajmer for long time with family or without family and specially like this hotels will be very heavy on your pocket. From Railway station i reached the hotel in cab and the staff was very friendly to assist me and escort me to the room since I reached around mid night 12 am . My checkin time was between 4-6 pm of 10.10.25 and I had requested the owner and manager to make it from 12 am of 11/10/25 to 9 pm of 11/10/25 which is 21 hours but they made sure that I exited hotel around.6 pm , By calling me back to back from the reception on my mobile and I was sitting in a restaurant which is Riveria attached to the hotel and the food here is not too good but it's something which we can call as food for quenching Hunger. The manager whom seems to be old man we feel we have to respect him because of his age and our culture but this man don't owe any respect he is looting the pilgrims and visitors Additionally they also serve you a Mujavar from Ajmer Sharif if requested and this was found to be quiet good service offered no scam i paid less then Rs500. for over all expenses of Darga including Expense of mujavar. ( Please note if you go alone you will be harrassed more near the Darga specially by beggars and High level of theft so take minimal things ) But this hotel looted me in Accomodation by early check out , I hired their Transport service for Rs 1000 which didn't cover many places but only places which was coming on the route of Puskar . Driver didn't took to basic places like Dhai Din Ka Jhopda , Delhi Gate , Didn't stop at Maharana Prathab smarak for the only reason that I didn't took the camel ride from where he had taken me. which was a scam and a union of camel riders association. Drivers and the Hotel owners Ultimately over all if you are taking things and be little cautious your experience might slightly improve but yet as time changes to scam people they come up with new Strategies. Now covering on Physically challenged and Disable People !! This Hotel is not Wheelchair Accessible and Is little far from Dargah which is walkable distance but people on wheelchairs and physical disability is way too pathetic due to Hotel not being wheelchair accessible and more then that Infrastructure near by is not great which needs to be taken care by Municipal authorities. Attaching A pic of Goibibo Booking which it clearly says check out will be after 24 hours of check-in which the Hotel people need to understand and also took Extra 1000 For a room with Refrigerator but not a cooler or freezer what we call. Now On Gst rates as per FY 25-26 Slab of Gst Rate applicable on Hotel Accomodation. 0% GST: Applies to accommodations with a room tariff of less than ₹1,000 per night. 5% GST (without Input Tax Credit): For accommodations with a room tariff between ₹1,001 and ₹7,500 per night. This is a reduction from the previous 12% rate and is aimed at making mid-segment stays more affordable for travelers. Hotels cannot claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on goods and services used for these accommodations. 18% GST (with Input Tax Credit): Applicable to all hotel rooms with a tariff above ₹7,500 per night. Hotels in this slab can claim ITC on their purchases. So in my case this Hotel Manager didn't give me a bill in name of my company for Gst claims and also to make the window dressing in Accounts and Finances. Ps :- They made a cash bill for Their reference and hid my details which clearly shows how Fraud their actions are.

Worst experience they will not give you bill although you are paying 2-4000 Rs for a single room and first they told that they have parking space in the hotel but they parked my car on road in formt of the hotel amd there is cleary written that they dont take responsibility of your vehicle behaviour is too bad after taking the money before that they are very cool and helpful and if your wamt to pay from upi they want extra 100 Rs for online payment so better find any other property for a good stay ..

It is a very good hotel, the best hotel in whole Ajmer, do not pay attention to the negative comments at all, if you want a clean hotel then it is Hotel Shanti Palace, you will get the best food at an affordable price in the hotel itself, all the locations are within the range of 2km from here, and the hotel is also 2 km from the station

Do not stay in this hotel at all because what will they say and what will they do? And in this hotel, do not take a room with AC at all, it will not work and if you call the staff, he will come to the room, turn it on and off with the remote, check that it has started, wait for 15 minutes, the room will cool down, it will not work at all. I forbid everyone to stay in this
