Nice place to stay while in Big Rapids visiting my son at Ferris State.

Room was ready, staff got us thru quick and we went to the room straightaway. Easy in for sure!

1st room reeked like cigarette smoke. Elevators so dirty, shoes stuck to floor. Front desk staff exceptional!

Always clean, staff is always friendly. The bedding is nice and the mattress comfortable. Breakfast area is always clean and well stocked

We were at the hotel for just one night. Dated decor and lacking in maintenance. (Peeling drywall, mold in shower)

The room was spacious and clean And the staff was friendly. My husband and i were traveling with our toddler and this room allowed plenty of space for him to explore. The breakfast was fine enough, though a few of the tables were a bit sticky. I will say though, the location of the hotel was great. It's right next to a grocery store, a gas station, and a few restaurants. It's in very close driving distance to a little bit of shopping as well
