Beautiful location and the food was yummy. The bed was rather firm, and perhaps could have used a new mattress, but everything else was lovely.

Beautifully refurbished hotel from a great brand BUT the food service is lacking - chaotic, slow, limited choices. We would visit again though. Just a shame as it’s got all the right ingredients. Walking on beach you see scruffy exterior and glasses not cleared from night before. Not a major problem but if Fujeirah wants to appeal to the Dubai crowd, that sort of polish needs to improve. Super comfortable beds & linen.

Great 2 day get away with family. Nice comfortable and relaxing resort with excellent service. Staff was really really helpful be it jn the restaurants, room service or the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the break!

Exceptional.

We've knew IC since long time, this is our 3 staying. The hotel is an icon in the area. The beach, service and people are wonderful. We've booked for 4 nights, unfortunately we've faced an issue during our stay, when we informed the management, they take corrective actions immediately. Accordingly we've extended our stay for another 4 nights. I would like to extend my thank and appreciation to Mr. James (house keeping manager) and Mr. Mahmoud (reservation manager) for thier understanding and quick actions.

Excellent customer service

All Good , except 3 issues Room A/C keep cooling and non stop in case you keep on Auto mood . The mattress cover was clean but when part appear it was very dirty and disgusting and with colors The service on the Resturant not up to level , also i booked room with Free dinner, no body informed us the beverage it’s payable and not free of cost along with dinner. During check in or after we ordered at the restaurant. And it was very costly.

Very nice staff and facilities

The hotels facilities are good but what really makes this hotel shine is its amazing customer service. the staff are some of the most adaptable and caring that we’ve ever seen a staff member named Diya discovered that a member of the family doesn’t consume gluten and he and some others went out of their way to insure a comfortable stay for this person by preparing stand-alone dishes that didn’t include gluten. even when we didn’t mention the gluten allergy the following morning we were met with a designated meal for the gluten free individual courtesy of diya. The staff in this hotel serve the customer with smiles on their faces at all times and seem like they genuinely care about your experience. staff like sharif, diya, yugesh and hari were some of those that served us not to mention that the food served varied a lot and was extremely delicious.

Absolutely amazing. Great hotel in a fantastic location and staff second to none for availability, kindness and will to help.
