We were in town for a convention and this hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the venue, it's in a great location just off the highway and in Hartford there are scooters on every corner so it seemed like we were just next door to our event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, arrived early and was allowed in on an early arrival fee which was worth it considering the long drive we had, we just wanted to relax a bit. The room was very clean and AC was set before we got there, so it was nice and cool after the hot car ride. There isnt advertisement for a pool, but there's a pool! I did let the staff know about there not being any advertisement for it, next time I'll be prepared! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. :)

Musty smell in the room.

Walking distance to the Yard Goats game and a pool! Great stay for our family!

Bad odor.

Awesome proximity to Dunkin Stadium. If you want to be close to the Yad Goats ballpark, this is a good option. We could see the park about an 1/8 of a mile away!

Area was a bit dirty. Did not like the idea that one has to pay an additional $50 to check in 2 hours early.

This hotel is unsafe. The glass-covered welcome desk was an immediate red flag, suggesting a dangerous area. Within an hour, people were pounding on my car windows, forcing me to leave. The hotel refused a refund, doubling the cost of my Hartford trip. My attempts to contact management (messages, calls, and chats with IHG) were all unsuccessful. Lack of parking lot security further highlights the hotel's disregard for guest safety.

I would like my money back y'all had bed bugs too

We enjoyed our stay; it was quiet and clean. The price wasn't bad it was easy access to the highway, so location was important to us. I would recommend to friends and family.

This hotel just isn’t up to par. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an array of signs prohibiting various things…from not having a party in the room to not touching the plexiglass. For some odd reason, blackout curtains don’t close all the way, you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Bathroom floor was wet when I got in, towels had holes in them and were like a decade old. Will not be staying here again.

Worth the spent . Clean and quiet

It was very comfortable. The bed was super soft.

The Roman property were clean

Gym was not as pictured . No treadmill very sparse equipment. Breaker tripped twice while we were there . It is close to downtown so walkable to many things.

I’m not super picky. But If i had the choice i wouldn’t stay at this particular hotel again.
