Staff were phenomenal, room was a great price

Thin walls. Screaming children in the early morning.

We stayed one night after a concert at the casino. It was great, the view from our room of the falls and the space wheel thingy had us just sitting in bed looking out. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful, especially Sandra Q. She was the star. We would stay here again if the need arises.

Great hotel for the money, much nicer than others around it. Decent pool for kids, spacious room, great staff. Breakfast buffet is not included though just fyi.

The rooms were very spacious and clean; the staff were friendly and make you feel welcomed. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay.

The manager at Check-in provided us a room in the 9th floor with a TERRIFIC view of the Niagara falls. Our son enjoyed a soak in the hot tub (under my supervision). There is a good selection of restaurants in walking distance. It was cold (by California standards 😁) when we got there

The location and room layout were fabulous for our dance comp this past weekend. The friendly front desk staff and those at the restaurant were lovely and accommodating of our few small requests.

Staff was courteous. Room wasn't as clean as it could be especially the bathroom. Noisy People above us staff seemed to quickly look after it. We had to ask at night and then the next day as people were unusually loud stomping on floor.

Good staff. Decent hotel. Upgrades already slowly deteriorating. Towels small and old and bedding subpar. Kind bed hurt back after 2 nights. Offsite parking annoying. Good proximity to things.
