Location and cleanliness

This hotel was great. Perfect location for walking to Cliffton Hill and the falls. Everything appeared new and fresh inside, room was perfect with nice view of the American Falls

Clean, COMFY, breakfast buffet was great the restaurant staff were so friendly! Make sure you bring cash to tip them bc it’s not included in the vouchers and there is no system for helping them get what they deserve.

Breakfast was ok. Not many variety and was disappointed the coffee/tea was not included. I booked two queens bed but it was a double size bed. The bed was quite uncomfortable and made noticeable noise whenever I turned, which affected my sleep. Love the location.

Modern and Clean room

The staff were so accommodating. So kind and friendly. The hotel it self was so clean and the hotel room was so clean! Can’t wait to come back

Parking was the biggest problem for me. I arrived at 5 PM and parking lot behind hotel was full. They offered $15 for me to park at a venue that was "a couple minutes" away. That parking lot had no attendant - yet they wanted me to pay for the "privilege" of walking in the rain to park my car anytime i needed to use it. For the price i paid per room, it's needless to say that i think parking should be included, at the very least - especially if i have to walk off-site for it. I ended up paying the next-door hotel for parking, which felt like it was on site at least. And it was cheaper then theirs fee.

Rooms are very specious and comfortable. Pool was clean. Comfortable hotel for families
