The owner, Mohammed,, met us at the front door with a smile. He was exceptionally accommodating and the hospitality was spectacular. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. It was spacious and the included breakfast was great. Communication could have been better. The hotel offered an airport transfer for the day we arrived but they didn’t show up at the airport so we had to take a taxi, which was more expensive. The taxi driver also struggled to find the hotel. When we arrived, the people working at the front desk couldn’t find our reservation. It all worked out, but this could have been smoother.

Five star rooftop—2 star basic rooms Hotel was recently renovated/ opened a couple of years ago. But room shows a lot of wear and tear and sheets and towels are very worn. But that rooftop is amazing— the views, the pool, the lounge areas. It’s clear they put a lot of investment in that. So if you are able to take a basic no frills room, and can spend some time on the rooftop—-it’s worth it. Especially since the cost of the hotel is very low. Caution: it’s actually about a mile walk from the hotel to the public ferry to go to the other side. Though they have a car on site and usually there are tuk tuks around that can take you there for a dollar. Definitely quiet area unlike the east bank.

Very clean room, plenty of hot water in the shower. They have nice rooftop. All the staff and managers were kind. I was able to comfortably relieve the fatigue of my trip. This was the best hotel on my trip to Egypt. Thank you.

Solo trip from Cairo, very nice hotel close the valley of the kings and hot air balloons. Breakfast on the rooftop was filling and fresh daily. Rooms have balconies and rooftop pool to watch the sunset.

Sparking clean facilities with almost complete amenities. Very friendly staff. I am grateful they provided a heater when I asked. The hot water was running well. The only thing is the location. You need to cross Nile by ferry paying 5LE and then have to take taxi paying about 20LE. The location was marked as if it is on the side of Nile river but it is 25 min walk from the river. It is very near The valley of the Kings and other West Bank attractions and Hot balloon ride. Not 6 min walk from Luxor temple. That should be corrected.

Not as advertised. There was no wifi in rooms, and no heat in the rooms. It wasn’t until after we checked out that they said we could have had a heater. Staff was overly helpful and kind.

We recently stayed at Thebes hotel for 3 nights. We were picked up by the owner of the hotel and dropped off by his car which was a very nice gesture as we didn't know anything about Luxor. They all were very friendly and we had a really great time. We loved how the house keeping folded the towels and blankets into different shapes every time they cleaned the room. The only thing that we missed was the TV as they didn't have it in the room. But otherwise, the place was great, clean and had excellent staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great view of the eastern Bank. Rooftop is the highlight with a nice pool. Staff were courteous but wouldn't recommend booking any tours or transport as prices are extertionate {which sums up Egyptians view of tourists).

It';s rural but easy access across the Nile via the regular people's ferry at 5 Egyptian pounds or about 3 cents. Don't take the commercial boats as you will get screwed. Easy access to the train station just take the ferry from the hotel, its walking distance easy. Relatively close to Karnak and the Luxor Temple across the Nile. Very large rooms, nice rooftop restaurant and you can see the Valley of the Kings in the distance. When on the West bank consider the micro busses at 10 pounds a ride. Little vans with the sliding door removed. They are everywhere and follow there own route. Often people riding will assist you. Can be used to get from the ferry to the temple sites and back. Quiet cool place and the help is excellent.

Our stay was amazing! It’s a hidden gem on the West Bank of Luxor. Amazing views, food, and service! The only thing that was not made clear was that the WiFi is not available in your room, only accessible in the main lobby and rooftop. That was no problem at all though, the rooftop is a great place to chill and get whatever work done on WiFi while up there. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming through Luxor!

The rooftop pool and garden. There is a lot of development going on but excited for when it finishes. Friendly, helpful, mostlyunobtrusive staff. Will certainly make this my spot to return to in Luxor.

This was a terrible experience. Be wary of the driver and breakfast preparer who threatens you. I would never stay here again. There is supposedly another branch of this hotel closer to the Nile.

the first thing I found in the room was a giant gecko standing on the wall. and it seems like there was no service .. no telephone in the room, and if you wanna have a drink or ask for something you must go up to the rooftop bar which is working just in limited times.
