Beautiful! From my room I could hear the waves from the beach and see the Hazards glowing in the sunlight and it was everything I needed! The room was very spacious with everything you could need. Love the tea and coffee station which was replenished everyday. The bar and restaurant were outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious and Sam, in the bar, keeps a great selection of Tasmanian gins, as well as everything else Tasmanian, which I really appreciated. The beaches are gorgeous and you get them all to yourself! Will be back!

The staff was wonderful and helpful in easily securing a dinner reservation. Dinner was delicious and the sunset view was gorgeous! I loved being walking distance form the beach!

The room was well appointed and very clean. All furniture and fittings were very well kept. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Our new ocean view room was fantastic with views to the freycinet mountains, just a few steps and your toes are in the water and sands. The food at the restaurant was superb, and the breakfast was generous. A little out of Coles Bay so it was very quiet, and the laundry was perfect to wash the hiking gear.

Of course — here’s a more relaxed, natural version: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A really lovely stay We stayed in one of the studio rooms for a night at On the Edge of the Bay Resort and had such a great time. The location is amazing — our window looked straight out onto the beach, and we even spotted a little wallaby right outside. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was pretty special. The staff were all super friendly and easy to deal with, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s a perfect spot for exploring Wineglass Bay and the nearby vineyards. Would happily stay here again!

Fantastic! The room was spacious and well appointed, right on the beach. The included breakfast was to irder off the menu with fresh and interesting options. And the staff were all helpful and friendly. Great place!

We loved our four night stay at the Edge of the Bay resort. The view from our ocean suite room looked like a postcard and everyone from the GM (Isaac) to the Maitre’d (Sam), Breakfast Manager (Jamie) and waitstaff (Angela and Andrea) were super friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great and we enjoyed a great three course dinner with a bottle of wine at the restaurant one evening for only $150 which was excellent value considering the quality of the food, the great service and beautiful Jews of the ocean and mountains. We’ll definitely be back.
