Whilst we had a slight lighting issue the hotel staff rectified it very quickly and were very accommodating! It was a nice quiet stay in an ideal location. We would deffinatly stay here again!

Welcome at reception was lovely. Location for airport great. Room was large, quiet and well equipped BUT mattresses need replacing, we had a triple room and two of the mattresses were broken down, squeaking at slightest movement with springs felt. The third mattress whilst not noisy, you could still feel the springs, so neither of us slept well and we both had back ache by morning. Bathroom needs a good spring clean and paint touching up

High level of cleanliness. Very helpful staff and good parking options. Not too far either from centre so all in all a star accommodation. Only suggestion would be to check on heating within rooms.

Great stop over.

Great place to stay for an early morning flight from Bristol airport. Room was good and clean although the hand rail in the bathroom was falling off the wall and the mattresses were squeaky and not very comfy. The golf resort however is nice and well kept. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Simple but pleasant, lovely friendly staff

Staff were very good. Accommodation was all that was required and clean, apart from the 3 spiders in the bathroom. I guess they could have come in after the room was cleaned though. Breakfast was decent value although very slow to arrive and the eggs and sausages overcooked. The bacon bap was lovely and with a drink was also great value. A small concern was that one of the single beds had not been secured so it moved on the wheels when leant against. Overall decent value for one night.

Great hotel friendly staff and had a lovely 9holes after work!

We were taking our daughter to the airport in the early morning the room had direct access to the carpark so we could take her and return to bed without disturbing other guests which made our life easier. Food was good value and seemed to be cooked from scratch also no need to book ahead. Breakfast was flexible from 8.30 to gone 11am which was handy. Thankyou. EV charging available on site at about 55p kWh for 22kw chargers so not the cheapest but ok to give your EV a top up.😁

Great stay, warm room with good beds. TV was a bit tech for me but I found a Chanel to watch. I wanted a bath but not available on the occasion. Good place to stay .Denize
