The staff is the best, knowledgeable & helpful. We loved the breakfast. Close to transportation but located on a quiet street. Hope to visit again soon.

This boutique hotel was fantastic! The staff were so kind and accommodating. The room was spotless and all of the toiletries were replaced daily and clean towels! The only thing missing was an elevator lol

A nice boutique hotel, in a quiet part of Florence, easy walking distance to the centre. Trams stops neaby to airport, train station or through the city.

The staff is very friendly and kind, however the hotel is, in my opinion, incredibly overpriced for what it offers. Three flights of stairs with our luggage was difficult. Rocco did help us with the bags on arrival, but our checkout was not during front desk working hours. There is no 24 hour front desk staff, which I thought was strange, and we needed assistance on our last night due to our taxi cancelling, and front desk had left for the day. The room is fine, nothing special. Good location. Breakfast was ok, but underwhelming compared to what I expected based on the reviews I had read. I think there are much better options in the area at the same price point.

Great hotel. Location was convenient and quiet. Hotel staff was absent most the time. The 4 flights stairs was a killer. And lighting in the stairwell was almost dangerous. Breakfast was great. Room and beds weee awesome and comfortable.

This property was extremely clean! And staff was amazing!!! The breakfast was more than i had expected and was wonderful! Only two things to note. There is no room safe and you have to climb 55 steps to get to the rooms. Which isnt uncommon in Italy but be aware if you have trouble climbing and hauling suitcases.

Excellent stay, attentive staff, Rocco always ready to help no matter what the topic, rooms are modern, great A/c which came in very handy with 40 C conditions.

The location is fantastic! Close to the old town but not too clase to be lound. Very nice breakfast! Room is super clean. I like the wood floor instead of carpet. I only wish they have elevator.
