The room is like in the picture, clean, with a nice clean swimming pool, full facilities. The price is ok for the location right in the center. The owner is cute, polite and very enthusiastic.

The homestay manager is not very welcoming. When I got in, I told him to check out at 11am even though it was clear on the app that it was 12am. I told him that I ordered in 14 out of 12 and he said no :) We felt unsatisfied with the service attitude, along with us, there was a group from Saigon to rent a motorbike, Mr. instructions r for the map. We stayed there but didn't say anything :) Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Ok. I know. But in the evening, he told me to order breakfast. Did we say it was mandatory? Because we went out for breakfast. She expressed the attitude that we are about to go to the pool but no longer want to go down. I hope to fix the attitude towards the guests for me. Although the room is quite ok. Quite far from attractions except Tam Coc Bich Dong

The homestay is very nice, the rooms are clean and luxurious, especially the host family is very friendly and hospitable, I feel like that family. End of Ninh Binh trip alone but very wonderful!!!
