This was so convenient to the train station and the city center. It was also very quiet. And even though I had to share a bathroom, there was never any overlap when I needed it.

Great room & amenities for the price! Centrally located, just 500 feet away from the train station and down the road from the river and city center - very scenic & quintessentially British. A little hot in the summertime, but to be expected for travel in the UK in July. Sergio was lovely.

Sergio was a great host. Extremely helpful and did everything possible to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Location amazing and would recommend.

Super friendly staff and an exceptionally comfy bed. I’m the type who usually wakes up thru the night not not here. Zonked out completely. Great location between the train station and the heart of Bath. I’m glad I found this place!!! Highly recommend

Perfect place to stay for a trip to bath! Sergio was lovely and gave great recommendations. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. No issues with noise and we stayed over the whole weekend. Would recommend and would stay again!

Clean room and friendly staff.

This is a great spot for the price. Location is excellent and things were clean and Sergio friendly. Keep in mind no lifts, and shared bathrooms. I didn’t catch the shared bathroom part, but it is disclosed, so my bad. And yowser, many steps, last few steep and tricky, to the third floor! I’m traveling with my husband who uses a cane and is older, but someone more agile would be fine.

Excellent location for transport and the city centre. Our host was wonderful and room comfortable. Just be mindful of shared bathroom. Venue is in need of decorating, but nothing ruined our stay.

This was a lovely stay. It had everything I needed. Sergio was a warm and helpful host, who provided help, advice, and a seamless check-in. He does a great job of proactively reaching out to guests. I would recommend earplugs, as there seems to be a night club located nearby.

A charming heritage property, perfectly located in the heart of the city.

We came to this property for the Jane Austen Festival and were more than pleased with its close proximity to central Bath and all the Jane Austen sites to see! Sergio was accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Bath!

Very central, which what was attracted us. Unfortunately room was on 3rd floor( which to be fair we did know, only after booking ) no lift and 6 flights of stairs, I'm 76 partner 71!!! Did find it a bit much in the end !! Breakfast was continental ,enough to get you going in the morning, tea and coffee making facilities in room which was good.rooms are basic and shared bathroom, which is a bit of a pain going downstairs in the middle of the night!! No reception as such ,but met Sergio manager/ owner (not sure)who was very helpful . No car park, but one opposite, bit expensive, we would go by train if we went to bath again. Plenty to do in Bath ,very interesting ,they were celebrating 250th Anniversary of Jane Austen when we were there.
