Rooms were not clean. One of our party had to change rooms because sheets were obviously dirty and there was a smell in the room. New room had clean sheets but the room was not great and was cold with mold and condensation. One member of staff was grumpy and unhelpful, the other 2 were polite. Great location. We weren’t looking for perfection but expected it to be clean. Would not stay again.

Just be aware that the rooms are very small. Fine for one night but I would not recommend any longer. It is a bit of a walk to find breakfast but that is OK for what you pay.

There was only 1 towel in the room for 2 guests. Asked for another towel. Told it would be there later but it never did. Unable to shower. My mobile phone got lost down the side of the bed. Bed frame was made from boarding which was screwed to wall. Frame couldn’t be moved. Maintenance were called. Did not arrive until after gone home. The phone has been retrieved. No one will send it back so another trip to London to collect it. Cost of train fare more expense. Rooms are badly designed. I know it’s a budget hotel but would certainly never use Easy hotels again

Staff were attentive room was awful. I appreciate that I made the choice but I had assumed that even a windowless room would have some ventilation, woke up to condensation running down the walls and a cough as a result. The shower was good but you can’t use the bathroom after because the curtain sticks to you and the water goes everywhere. I’ve stayed in an easy hotel before which was better. This was a last minute trip so options were limited and it was only for an overnight stop over but I would recommend booking early and book a larger room. The easy hotels are good for what they are but don’t opt for the windowless room especially not a couple as you haven’t got any room to move around.

No heating or air con, but good ventilation, it wasn't cold. clean room and exactly what was needed for a night. I was in a economy double with no window, and this was fine for 1 person.

I had a problema on Saturday October 20 at midnight. Leaks fell from the ceiling onto my bed. I reported it to the manager. She helped me. She offered me a refund for that night. She told me to contact Expedia so they could process it the refund. I have tried to contact Expedia, but I have not been able to. I hope to hear from them soon.

This was one of the worst stays I have had in a hotel. The TV channels didn’t work, the shower was terrible with no power and the rooms cleanliness was very questionable. It also says the rooms are sound proof, which they 100% are not. My room was unfortunately next to reception and the front door. I could here every word that was said in reception and the front door banging until 1am and then around 6am when people were leaving, which needed up with me having very little sleep!!
