Shows a beautiful room on your website but we were put in a gound floor room looking out on a carpark. It was noisy for most of the night. Staff were lovely but were reluctant approach when you first entered restaurant. Room was basic.

Found a dead insect in my evening meal, restaurant staff arent overly helpful or pleasant. The staff at breakfast were so rude basically lifting plates and utensils straight out of your hand and hovering around your table waiting for you to finish. Had our table cleared completely while up getting more breakfast so felt very rushed. Hotel itself was nice and bed was comfy. I would say its more of a gym facility than a spa, pool was full of men from the gym and sauna/steamroom/hot tubs over crowded from members of the public and unable to use. I did email the hotel regarding my concerns and it just sums up the helpfulness of staff whenever nobody bothered replying to me. Definitely wouldnt be back!

It was lovely, very peaceful and beautiful place walking area outside beside the river. Very quiet at night. Only thing is rooms very warm. Radiator in bathroom was boiling not great when it touched bare arm. Definitely not children friendly with the heat off it. Only concern. Didn't see anywhere to turn off.
