Cleaning staff came knocking at 9 15 before checkout time. Disturbing my rest.

Good for car parking..

Brilliant overnight stay here, I would certainly recommend it. Clean and comfy room with tea and coffee facilities, good tv, exceptionally comfy beds and good breakfast

Always a good experience to stay here and buffet meals are great.

Convenient and well priced accommodation. The room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. There was parking near each accommodation block. The lift wasn't working in the Heron building. There is a covered walkway from there to the main building where food is served. Signage is not brilliant, especially when you arrive in Heron building from the main building (no signs to direct you to the lift or stairs, no indication that numbers starting 100 are upstairs on first floor). It would have helped if reception staff had explained things a little more, but they seemed more used to dealing with repeat guests.

Hotel not that great.... The staff were helpful to a point... the rooms were very dated.. The Breakfast is again only just ok, not very many options and the cooked food you are only allowed once which for the most important meal is poor. The bar had all the draft beer broken and was basically only selling bottled products. Overall the hotel is not worth the fee you pay.

It’s good value for what it is; rooms are basic and clean. Perfectly comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Plenty of parking spaces. £22 for evening buffet which is not amazing, but not bad either. A decent gym, nice size swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are available and included in the price. Overall I’d stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful place, very comfy bed, silent room, great amenities (sauna, swimming pool, jaccuzi), stunning customer service, Entela was really kind and the waiting staff as well, delicious buffet, plenty of options! Loved every minute.

Don’t believe them when they claim to have a pool. They have access to a very crowded private gym which closed at 6pm on a Sunday. Staff were very unhelpful.

The room was ok but struggled sleeping with the noise, probably won’t be going back

The breakfast was very nice and they gotta keep the beans warm.

Clean Reliable Premises

WiFi was great, clean room and lovely reception staff. You could hear people in the corridor but not in the rooms adjacent to yours, which was nice. The restaurant seemed to have a decent flow of people throughout the hours of service. The only problem I encountered was at 9.15, when the cleaning staff knocked on my door (as I was changing) and let themselves in to ask if I was checking out that day. I responded by saying, yes by 10am and they just left. Other than that, lovely trip, would highly recommend!

This should not be advertised as a hotel on Hotels.com as it a conference centre with some small rooms. It also doesn’t have a restaurant on site as advertised it has a canteen at best with limited options.

Ideal overnight stay close to The Stables music event

Still great place to stay. One issue. The manager needs to change delivery time of items delivered at 5.50 am. The lorry and delivery driver must have woken every guest in the front half of the hotel. Considering the business is a place where people stay to sleep. That’s not good. But stayed before and would stay again. Just not a room at front of hotel.

Room was ideal as a disabled person, shower room etc… however was a long walk ( ground floor ideal though).. Very Clean & staff were very supportive
