The staff was very attentive, kind and respectful. I will be going back and recommending this hotel to all that visit the area. The room felt a little stuffy and I mentioned it to the front desk staff, within minutes they had someone in our room fixing it.

Two front desk clerks were not friendly. And the breakfast wasn't good.

I didn't like anything. The room was filthy requiring me to go and purchase my own cleaning supplies. I had to ask for housekeeping to clean my room the next day as I returned 8 hours later to the room.the way i left it. With that being said i needed extra towels since my room wasn't cleaned. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to ask for towels they said they would bring. The hotel is noisy and the walls are thin. If this wasn't a work trip and I hadn't cleaned my room myself..i would have left.

The breakfast was decent and the room was ok. Nothing with my stay stood out as great.

Excelente para llegar a descansar. Lo único que no me gustó, fue que aunque tenía desayuno incluído, era opciones muy pobres.

The main concern with the property was the fact that the room I booked was not available. They did provide a different room but it was not the one I expected. This alone made the stay disappointing. Please provide what is booked, that is the reason why I pre book.I hope I don't have the same experience next time I book with expedia.
