We appreciated that they contacted us via WhatsApp which allowed for quick and fluid communication. Anything we needed there was a response in less than 5 minutes. They kindly sent a map of nearby free parking and we were able to secure a spot less than 2 minutes walking from the property. Check in was easy and the property absolutely precious! Our room was spacious, spotless and filled with amenities such as a mini bar with beer and juice and soda free of charge, hats to use during our stay, robes and slippers and plenty of hangers, which I find important. Bathroom was stocked as well. A special touch about this place is the lounge area they have downstairs with free snacks, coffee, tea, beer and the local favorite port wine to be enjoyed by guests in the afternoon till 12am. We were able to walk to dinner as well as the center is about 5 minutes walking from this place. All in all, would highly recommend!

When compared to similar properties, this property is overpriced for what it is and where it is. Parking was a major problem.

This property way exceeded my expectations! From the welcome area, snacks, port wine & beer, breakfast! Our room had every detail, and was very comfortable! I would definitely recommend and go back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Boutique hotel. Loved having access to the laundry room (open 08h00-20h00). The morning breakfast and afternoon snacks & drinks were amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Management prefers communication through WhatsApp.

Just outside the historic part of city which was great because it is easy to walk into town but you don't get stuck in traffic No one to greet you at entrance or desk, but very easy check in process Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, meat, cheese, bread, cake, local pastries and coffee and then afternoon always has free beer, port and pastries Overall clean, convenient and lovely, but not luxury

Great location in Sintra with nice rooms, common areas and other amenities. The laundry appliances do need to be cleaned but other than that, our short stay was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the complimentary wine and beer was a nice touch.

Douglas, the property manager was awesome and so helpful. Everything was well maintained. So close to some many attractions, very walkable. I would stay here again. Loved it

Check in was a nightmare! There’s nobody to check you in at the property and they didn’t send us a code for the door. I had to jump the 6 foot fence to get in and speak to a maid who didn’t speak English. I would not return to this place.

Easy check in, spacious and clean. Close to resaturants. Really nice area. We parked on the street overnight and it was about €2-3 for 10 hrs. Overall really nice stay and would come back!

Arriving into Sintra we were extremely disappointed with the check in process. Prior to arriving we did not receive any instructions on check-in and had to borrow locals phone in order to contact the property group. Despite calling multiple times staff did not answer our calls and it was extremely frustrating to get into our room. Although the check in process was bad the hotel was nice. Rooms were clean and staff working in the kitchen were extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel if not for the poor management.

The best Bed & Breakfast i’ve ever experienced. I have much appreciation to all the staff and Helena, who prepared fresh local food every morning and was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. She even packed breakfast for me and my wife the night before we left since we were leaving for breakfast the next day. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, good tips regarding sights around. The breakfast was fantastic. The only negative note is that almost impossible to park around... I offer this hotel to all travellers.

Lovely greeting upon arrival with lots of information about the area and how to get around. The room was really nice, and well stocked with things we may need. The breakfast was enjoyable. Only downsides were that it was slightly out of the way (which helped with noise, but added to already busy walking days), and the shower wasn’t in perfect condition. Overall, the brightness of the room and the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond expectations made this a great stay!

The room was excellent, clean and spacious. The staff were extremely obliging and catered to our every need, often going beyond expectation. Breakfast was fantastic. Wifi was very strong.

It was amazing, had a really good run-down on what to see, when it was open, restaurant recommendations (all prepared). Great friendly service.
