Just perfect

Nice enough but more of a 3 star than a 4 star. Staff was very nice and helpful though - best part of the stay. Breakfast was good.

This may have earned one of its stars by having on site parking, but there is nothing special about this hotel. The reception desk is low and open and you can see the mess behind it.

Good location between the station and the old city. Lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms. Only offers breakfast (excellent) but close enough to city bars and restaurants.

Great location , easy to go to town and train station . Peaceful surrounding and safe . Takes about 8 min to train station from where you can go to various places . We visited Lake Garda 2 days in row . Best was Riva del Garda . Train to Rovereto costs about 6 euro and bus from there to Lake about 2.40 . Great day out and comfortable return by Ferry to Limone ( brief stop) and ferry to Desenzano and train back to Ark.

Hotel was average, rooms were clean and breakfast was ok

Very helpful staff, and a very comfortable hotel.

Lovely hotel and room. Just a little way out of centre and most of attractions as other end of city. Had fun on scooters to get to and from the hotel.

What was likeable was the cleanliness of the room and also the comfort of the bed. Unfortunately there were many disappointing aspects to our stsy. First, the reception staff were cold and unwelcoming. Second, the small and poorly appointed room was a cause of discomfort - inadequate toiletries, no coffee maker etc. Third, there was little similarity between the photos provided and thecreality of our room. Additionally, the diverse but poor quality breakfast was disappointing (cut up hot dogsfor the hot breakfast). I'm not sure how this was rated 4 stars. A joyless experience. There was no hospitality and care to ensure guests would feel at home - it felt like, as guests, couldnt wait to leave.

Clean, fresh room. Very convenient location, close to the major bus and train location at Verona Porta Nuova.

Staff were great, both at reception and in the restaurant. Friendly, helpful and informative. Room was simple but comfortable. WiFi was intermittent

There is nothing to recommend except that it is near the train station. The corridor is full of bad smells, especially the female receptionist at the front desk, who is rude, impolite and disrespectful to guests.

The hotel is fine, just far from old town. I believe i read that they had bikes for their clients, but they didn't and it takes 20 minutes to go to old town.
